High School Soccer Interest Meeting for Fall 2017

WhenThursday May 11th from 5:30-6:00pm. 

Where: High School Commons at STEM.

What: Do you have any interest in playing soccer for STEM in the fall? This meeting will cover summer workouts, fall tryouts, student athlete contracts, and how to stay connected with the team! All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend. Open for all students in grades 9-12. If you miss the meeting, submit this form to receive an informational follow-up email on May 12th.

High School Volleyball Interest 

If you are interested in joining our volleyball team this fall, please attend this meeting!

WhenMay 16th from 5:30p-6:00p.

Where: High School Commons

What: We will discuss the season, potential summer workouts, team member expectations, and answer all questions. Practices will begin in early August and the season will end in late October. Practices will generally run 4x's per week after school at the Panorama/Institute building next to STEM.  Coaches will be there to meet new players and parents. 

This is limited to next years 9th-12th graders!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR STEM'S 2nd ANNUAL VOLLEYBALL CLINIC!  

For all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade STEM Spartans

COST $75

Practices will begin the first week of April (Monday, April 3rd) and run through the first week of May (Thursday, May 4th).  Practices will be held at D1 from 3:45-5:15pm two days a week.  Coach Evilsizer will be hosting this clinic along with the STEM HS volleyball team! 

Whether you are looking to brush up on your already developed game, or trying volleyball for the first time, this clinic is for you!

Forms and Fees Needed for Participation include:

1.)  A current physical (within the last year) completed by a doctor
-This can be turned in to either the middle or high school
front office



All forms and payment must be turned in and completed BEFORE the first day of practice (April 3rd).



Athletics Volunteer Opportunities

STEM Athletics is looking for parents to help out 
with and lead fundraising, including members for an 
athletics and lacrosse booster club.  Please email

4 REQUIRED FORMS + PAYMENT FOR PARTICIPATING FOR ALL SPORTS: 

ALL FORMS AND FEES ARE DUE BY MONDAY, APRIL 3rd

As a reminder, please pay and complete all forms ASAP!  We need more participants and without participation STEM cannot have a successful sports season!

To register, please follow the steps below (in any order).  Anything that is underlined is a LINK.  Click on it to be directed to the correct form or webpage:
  1. CHSAA Physical Form- ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ONCE A SCHOOL YEAR.  A paper form that must be printed, completed, and filled out BY A DOCTOR in conjunction with a physical.  This can be turned in at the HS front office.
  2. CHSAA By-Laws Form- ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ONCE A SCHOOL YEAR. A paper form that must be printed, read, and signed by BOTH the parent and athlete.  This can be turned in to the High School front office
  3. STEM Athlete Registration Form- MUST BE COMPLETE FOR EACH NEW SPORT SEASON AT STEM. ONLINE FORM that must be complete by a parent (NOTE:  You MUST have a gmail email address to complete this form that is not your child's.  Having a gmail email address is a requirement for participating in STEM athletics as we use the Google calendar for scheduling any and all games, practices, and meeting.
  4. STEM Athlete Emergency Card- MUST BE COMPLETE FOR EACH NEW SPORT SEASON AT STEM. ONLINE FORM that must be completed by a parent   
  5. Payment  You can pay online with a credit card through RevTrak- (link).  Please email kate.fuccillo@stemhigh.org with any further questions about RevTrak.
